Duncan Simpson : I have been a resident of Knysna since the early 70's and the first decade of my life here was spent practising law, but I always had an interest in the real estate industry. My partner (Chick Ramsay) and I joined forces in 1987 and our partnership still endures.
With my legal training coming in handy, I have concentrated on the sales of businesses, commercial and industrial properties.
Having lived in Knysna for so long, I have seen many changes, some for the better, others not. The one aspect which no once can take away is the wonderful lifestyle which the area has to offer, and thus the weekends always present me with difficult choices whether it be golf, sailing, surfing or hiking.
